Happy Fathers’ Day

E from next door kindly gave me a lift to CQ this morning so that I could spend time with Dad on Fathers’ Day. Took him out for a stroll along the river, then watched tv together in his room. Came home and fell asleep on the sofa. Tomorrow I have to decide whether or not I’m well enough to bring Dad home on Tuesday. Hoping I finally get an answer from the hospital. Only 22 degrees today but overcast and very muggy, no sign of the promised thunderstorms.
