Lectocetum Roman Baths

A day of history largely. First stop was the Bosworth Battlefield Centre to visit the museum that was full of history, and conjecture, regarding the Wars of the Roses and the individuals involved. The first extra shows the Sundial memorial at the site. Then on to Wall and the Lectocetum Roman remains (main). After lunch in the local pub we returned to base via Lichfield for a look at the cathedral. Second extra shows the Herkenrode windows which came from a Belgian convent in the nineteenth century.
