Sandpiper

Cousin Boo and her grands visited us on the beach today. They enjoyed the garden and the girls liked the plastic reptiles I keep around the garden for fun and also to discourage garden pests...both human and not. :) Boo was not happy with the snake. She kept her distance and the girls chased her around the yard with it.
 We spent some time shell collecting and the girls went for a swim. While we were sitting on the beach this sandpiper flew in for a visit. I was thrilled as they do not use our beach very often. I do not even see one a year. Good times!
