From Zero To Hero.

There were no buds on the Lily yesterday.
Today ............ Full on, wide open flower.

Squirrel had a charity fund-raiser at the school this morning. 
The 'work groups' in her year group had all come up with ideas of what to make and sell, a business plan for the making, marketing and selling and today was the day all the parents/grandparents/hangers on to go and empty their pockets.
Half way through the sale Squirrels group had made £30 (popcorn of various descriptions and toppings seem to be a good thing).
Ice-cream and cold drinks would have been the way to go ..... it was roasting in there!

I played about with the fisheye lens and the infrared camera down at the buttercups - put more resin on the mug (I didn't like the dimpled effect it had ended up with) .... and not much else.

Late afternoon I noticed a couple of interesting clouds (4 shots here).
A few minutes later there was a clap of thunder and torrential rain. 
It didn't last long ... but I don't think the son-in-law was too happy though as he was in the middle of doing a barbeque.
