Penants wafting

Popped into the William yard this afternoon and was surprised by the view of all these penants stuck into the grass! It is something to do with making the populace aware of the coastline. An important part of our lives as an island and was really grateful to live by the sea today , with a sea breeze keeping things cooler!

See extra for the People who made them! A number of people who had walked the Southwest Coast Path arrived at lunchtime which I missed.
