Sky Galaxy

A beautiful calm and sunny day.  Reports of 24⁰c up to 28⁰c, 28 might be a tad far fetched.  Stunning calm evening. 

Up early, and another early shift in the airport.  Started in the check-in desk, then moved to meeting and boarding flights the rest of the day.   A busy day, and some delays on various flights.  Met friend Julie for walkies this evening.  Feet up now. 

I was asked to meet an international charter arriving from Iceland, off I set.  I had in mind a big jet, and then this aircraft arrived, a two person aeroplane.  A nice couple originally from Czech Republic, but now live in USA.  They left New York, stopped in Greenland, then onto Iceland, next stop was Shetland.  When they leave, it's onto Inverness next.  I had to be Border Force for them entering the UK, and got them sorted.  A Cessna 182, single engine, owned by Sky Galaxy, reg N92Z.  Taken at Sumburgh Airport.
