"Sunday Morning"

Sunday morning badminton - a bit of a wake up call for the senses! haha! But a great 2hrs with a lovely bunch of people - I shall be back again...but not every Sunday!

This was a lazy Sunday if ever I saw one! After recovering from the badminton, I made my way to Starbucks for their frapp happy hour! There is something quite strange about going to sit in a busy coffee shop all by yourself but over these summer months it is something I will just have to get used to! A cookie crumble frapp was too good to refuse today, as was a chocolate brownie! Sweet tooth overload! :)
