Let’s get the engine started

The council workers finally got the motor started and began to clear up the Salvinia weeds. The weed growth almost took over the fresh water part of the lake. Where the weeds comes from? Part of the problem is that though they are weeds but one still could order them online for their fish tank at home. When they don’t want their fish tank anymore, they empty the contents of their fresh water fish tank into the lake. :(
