Hot! (Day 2956)

Off to town this morning to deal with what should have been a small job. My initial diagnosis of faulty tap innards proved to be incorrect and I ended up fighting the side panel off the bath to access the thermostatic mixer valve underneath. The valve was knackered, and with a new bathroom in the offing, the sensible option was to bypass the valve to sort the problem.
There were a couple of other things to do in town before I trundled home and got out a wander with Sigyn. It was very warm.
Home for lunch, and then off to Stromness with my beautiful wife. We spent a while in the field just sitting amongst the horses, and were joined briefly by Mum and Dad.
We did the usual field chores before heading home.
