Gold Wing

The garden's getting a bit parched, though I'm watering it most nights.  I think it must be around a month since we had rain, other than a few drops a couple of evenings ago. Nevertheless, it's a riot of colour and activity out there, particularly with the bees.  That's what this image captures for me, that intensity.  Much like Simone's approach to breastfeeding - and it's paying off, she's gaining weight steadily now (phew).  Still largely nocturnal though, unlike the bees...
