Barbecue at da Isles

A beautiful calm and sunny day, with some clouds passing over.  Warmest day of the year so far, reports of 24⁰c.  Sea haar on the East Coast tonight. 

Day off and up early.  Walkies with Sammy, and a morning in the garden.  An afternoon in the peat hill, raising more  peats.  Headed out to the isles with the boat this evening.  Mam, Laura, Shaun and Anne came by on our return.  Feet up now. 

With such a beautiful evening, me, peerie Brian, friend Julie and the dogs, headed to the isles for a barbecue.  Plenty of other boats zooming about too.  After our food, a walk around the isle.  We weren't the only thing eating this evening, the midgies were rife!   Peerie Brian busy keeping check on the burgers. An old wall makes a good makeshift kitchen, Isle of Oxna.
