Looking Up

We are leading a couple of walks for our visiting Ramblers group from Norwich next week and spent today reccying our first walk. This is the view up to Greenup Edge with Lining Crag on the right. (I think there is more than one Lining Crag in the Lakes.) From here we continued the climb on to High Raise before a precipitous descent into the Langstrath Valley.  It was a very long, hot walk with plenty of climbing a long steep descent and little shade.
