This is all I’ve got

It’s an old photo of the square outside the cathedral in Saintes and I took the photo to try and place where the photographer was standing, but that might be a task for another day.
It’s hanging on the wall in the insurance office in Saintes where we were this morning. They have advised going back to the gendarmerie to notify them I am making a personal injury claim as this doesn’t automatically get done if I don’t file a claim.
I also got a better fitting splint from the pharmacy, which they put on the right way round this time! It’s not fair that the insurance company has to bear the cost of the first one issued which is the wrong size, but there you go.
At the moment, 2.45pm, we have loud thunder rolling around us, but haven’t had enough rain to wet the ground. Meanwhile Mr F has gone to Royan, for the follow up on his foot op, and he says the roads are awash, and the rain torrential. It’s only about 20km away, but often misses us!
