Unloved

Today I was very thankful my cabin faces north. When we arrived at work this morning it was 18 degrees inside, by the time we left at 4 it was nearly 31 degrees. But having visited some of the other shops on site mine felt decidedly cool. The forecast thunderstorms never materialised, no sign of rain at all.
The plant in the picture is in a pot between mine and my neighbouring shop, it is very unloved, just getting watered with the left over water in our kettles but it is flourishing despite it’s lack of love.
