A visit to Simone

A lovely morning round at Jack and Marianna's, with Ruth & family there too.  We sat out in the garden, in the sunshine. Luca, Frieda and Eben filled the paddling pool and had a great time.
Simone is largely nocturnal at the moment, so we took turns having a cuddle while she slept, surfacing occasionally to breastfeed.
Jack suggested that we try to recreate a photo that Marianna took when Frieda was tiny. This was a first attempt, but I think we'll do it again with a different lens, aiming to soften the background more.  A couple more shots in the extras.
