Another emerging

This peony flower is bursting from its bud.  It won't last long but it will give much joy while it is here.
Looking back at the flower photos I've taken over the last few months, many are of emerging flowers - must be a current obsession.  I could go all philosphical and suggest it is an indication that I think more of what will be rather than what is.  Or it could be these photos are more interesting.
