Wonderful TLC…

… from the doctor and nurse yesterday. They took such care of Iris and explained what her procedure will involve. Mostly, how much improvement she will notice afterwards.

I delivered Iris to the department then parked the car and joined her back in the waiting room. Her eyesight is very poor but she managed to see her name up in lights on the board.

My extra shows a smiling Iris at Coffee & Crafts club today. We wait to hear when the procedure will take place. Very soon apparently.

My incubating cold has finally hatched. My nose needs constant attention, my cough sounds terrible and my chest is really sore. Feet up and not much else this evening.
