K Girl

OH how hard it is for me to see the kiddos in my family growing up. I don't actually see my nieces and nephew all that often. Some more than others because of location, but because of busy schedules....lots of time goes by between visits pretty often. I can see their growth so much when it has been awhile, and it makes me happy and sad. I'm so happy for these growing individuals, but so sad to see the time of their youth fleeting.

K, here, is my second oldest niece. She got braces this year, and it makes her look soooooo much older. I also noticed that she fussed with her clothes a bit more, and wanted to look a certain way. She is 10 going on 16 and it is killing me. Where did the babies go?

I took this shot on Sunday, right before I headed on home from my parent's house. Sugar stayed one more night and came home with her cousins, and my brother. I had a nice evening to myself.
