Blue

We've had a good day. The mini pinks stayed in their pjs until late morning....or not in Master Pink's case.....he was running around nudies! They spent ages playing a very random game which involved throwing cuddly toys down the stairs. It took ages to tidy up but I give them their dues, they did it all!

Mr Pink has been off again today which was lovely. I spent a bit of time sewing this morning. After lunch we all went to meet friends and to watch the animated film Epic. It was ace. And the children amazed me. Nine children from just 4 to nearly 11 sat mesmerised for 190 minutes. Miss Pink only got up to get some sweeties. It was a brilliant film though and both funny and action and fairytale, a little bit for everyone.

This evening has been spent ironing and sorting laundry, and a bit more sewing. I snapped one of the last bluebells still "blue" in the garden before it got dark. The garden is a mess and needs weeding, but amongst the weeds are lots of flowers ready to burst open including the daisies. A job for the weekend perhaps.
