Sun through leaves

I've not yet got round to uploading yesterday's (boring) photo, but for now I'd rather share my Mono Monday one on time. Rather late in the day, I discovered that the theme is lighting, and wandered round the garden enjoying the low sun making patterns through leaves and flowers. The rays of bokeh here are created by the branches of the pollarded willow in the garden across the road, with a bit of our hedge in the foreground. I quite liked the backlit holly and cow parsley too. I could almost have shared the all green versions as monochrome.

Otherwise, I've just been busy with J, pricking out okra seedlings, emails and routine jobs. It's sunny, windy, and only mildly warm.
