Relaxing day

Although also got stuff done. Found shoes to go with the outfit for daughters wedding and ordered them. Ironing done, lovely walk along the canal and spotted the family of swans on the path, hubby kept Hetty back while I walked right up to them and got some good shots. I thought that was my blip until we walked further along and spotted the heron in a tree. I was pleased I took my old bridge camera with me. Actually sat and read for about two hours, bliss. Another recipe out of the new book tonight and another success. The main and pudding I cooked for friends last night was from the book and they were very good.
