Strawberry Moon

The strawberry moon, June's full moon, was almost there at 99.9% when I was up at about 01:00. Hopeless on the sleep front but the sky was lovely and the moon really was pink. It's hard to replicate it but I've done my best. 

I really must try to sleep now. Later this morning I'm meeting my younger son and the girls at the Kelpies. I've blipped them so often and anyway it will be busy at Helix so the moon it is. 

Much later today my elder son and his partner are calling in after a day at the Safari Park. My grandson is going to stay for a sleepover again. So it's all go here on Sunday. Goodnight!
