Yoga workshop

Morning yoga workshop in a community art space, formerly a Post Office sorting depot.

This yoga group is the one I have belonged to for around 5 years and who meet once a week online. Each month we also have a two hour face to face workshop.

Today our theme was ‘summer’ but we also finished did some vinyasas for the theme of ‘water’ which we’ve been focusing on in our classes for the last few weeks. A relaxing way to start the weekend with some friendly faces, although I’ve felt very tired and under the weather again today.
