Rainbow Salad

A leftovers lunch of this salad with a big dollop of hummus! Delish.

I spent the morning on 24-7 admin and doing our update too. I finished and headed to Stef's to help her move apartments. She's now living closer to us and town which is great. It was hot and heavy work - summer suddenly arrived today!!
This evening I popped out to see Claire & Stef and celebrate Stef's new improved living situation.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) All the love, info and help re Nate. I so so appreciate it. Thank you.
2) A good chat with my Dad as I walked home from Stef's new place.
3) This salad. So tasty and keeps so well.
