Ymarfer a chynnydd
Ymarfer a chynnydd ~ Practice and progress
“The dignity of art probably appears most eminently with music since it does not have any material that needs to be discounted. Music is all form and content and elevates and ennobles everything that it expresses.”
― Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Dydw i ddim yn ymarfer ar y Nabl mor aml ag yr hoffwn i, ond rydw i'n gwneud tipyn bach o gynnydd. Rydw i nawr yn gallu ffeindio'r nodau i ganu ‘Ar hyd y nos’. Mae angen i mi ganu'n gyflymach ac yn fwy mewn amser. Rydw i'n gobeithio doedd sŵn y Nabl ddim yn cythruddo'r cymdogion. Mae'n offeryn yn eithaf tawel.

I don't practice on the Psaltery as often as I'd like, but I'm making a little bit of progress. I can now find the notes to play ‘Ar Hyd y Nos’ ('All through the night'). I need to play faster and more in time. I hope the noise of the Psaltery didn't annoy the neighbours. It's a pretty quiet instrument.
