Bright Eyes

This morning I was alerted to the piercing call of  a Bellbird or Korimako.  It was fliting quickly at the feeder and I just manage this shot from the deck.  I liked the sun catching it's red eye.  If you look closely it's tongue is sticking out.  It never gets old having bird song in the garden.  
We did manage to eat last nights dinner delivered by a friend.  It was excellent and so much better being made by someone else.  Happy weekend to all.
