In The Mood

The good weather continues and I’m fortunate to belong to a club where we are able to take advantage of it by being on the water.
What’s not to like, sunshine, fresh air, exercise and good company. We were in the second slot rowing, it suited me, both time and crew.

The only real problem with the continuing heat is walking Paddy, I’ve taken to walking him later in the day but I think with his liking to be around “his people” when we sit outside he follows and gradually overheats. The walk downtown this afternoon with Mrs S should help, we picked him up six tubs of ‘Dog Ice Cream’ with more of a different flavour to pick up later in the week, maybe Thursday.

Another salad in the garden to round off the day, prawns this time.
