Monkey Puzzle

In a friend’s garden.

It’s been a very busy day. An early start with Maggie followed by a cuppa with her mum, Suzy, then we took Maggie to a GP appointment, which went ok.
They dropped me home, I put a washing on then walked along to Janice’s, popping into the bakers when I passed for a treat for Janice and I. We sat out in her garden and watched the birds, then I helped her organise her white board to make it more useful for her.
Next we walked on to Mitch’s, who turned out to be pretty unwell, so he now has a GP appointment arranged. His usually beautiful, well tended garden was needing some work, so I spent an hour or so weeding and will pop down in the next day or two and cut his grass. We walked home by the harbour and shore still in lovely sunshine with not a cloud to be seen. We were tempted to get an ice cream at John’s Sweetie shop, but as we passed it was chock a block with customers and a queue forming outside, so we gave it a miss.
