Cubs/Scouts

Ella and Nathaniel on the left, James and Thomas on the right. I’m going to get them all rucksacks for Christmas. It was a huge camp with troupes from as far as Edinburgh there. They all enjoyed it though Thomas and James had a tricky boy in their tent. I thought that might be James but he coped well with the boy mocking the way he speaks. Their money was stolen too but they survived and learned. They all said they’d go again. They all slept 12 hours last night!

I walked to Chillingham Road and got the metro to see them after I got my hair cut. #3 daughter had been looking after the boys while #2 was doing her last lecture. The boys were playing football when I got there but I got a chance to chat to Nathaniel about camp after the others went home. He’s got 2 days off school in June as he’s got a part in an ITV film.

Mr C has tackled the cobwebs ready for our visitors. I’ll (maybe) clean the fridge. Or maybe have a glass of wine in the garden.
