Happy Boy !

A really hot day - we carried on with the gardening but still lots to do as you can see . Diego likes lying in the dirt ! 
Surprised to receive a text from my surgery at 6:15 pm with results of my wrist X-ray saying there was severe wear and tear and osteoarthritis with the suggestion to ‘self refer’ to a physiotherapist. It left me feeling anxious at a time when I was on my own with no one to answer the questions it raised in my head !
