Days and days of summer…. all in a row …. and in Ireland!! Most continental , even had coffee in the garden this morning . Love it .
The glucose experiments are well under well and I was surprised that a banana is not a bother to me. Crisps sent it flying and then crashing , which I expected . Grapes did the same . Plums and apricots fine . Salad and omelette fine. All fascinating stuff .
