Early Shift Commute

A lovely sunny morning, clouded over with mist hanging around the hills.  A couple of light showers and breezy.  A better evening.

Up at 5am, and headed off for an early shift in the airport.  Short staffed first thing.  I started the day on the check-in desk, then moved to meeting and boarding flights.  A steady day of passengers, all various cruise ship passengers heading home with flights.  Popped by Laura's on my way home.  Walkies with Sammy before tea.   Headed out to see friends Lisa and Steven this evening, and picked up a chair from them.  Their two dachshunds were keen meeting Sammy.  Off to bed early again.

The day started well, with the sun stretching far across the landscape.  I stopped off to snap the morning light.  As I approached, I must have gluffed (scared) the ewe and lambs, as they made a dash away from me, same time enhancing my photo.  Taken at the Black Gaet junction, Gulberwick.
