Ahead Of The Field

Not wanting to risk my hamstring, I was marshalling on this morning’s Park Run so had the novel experience of looking back on the leaders as they set off on the first lap, from my position at the first corner: normally I have an already distant view of their backs from my position towards the rear of the field!

Chris was pleased to knock another few seconds off last week’s PB.

I did manage a walk across the fields to Sharpham this afternoon and was back in time to watch the Championship play off on TV.
