“Uh oh…..That rain is VERY heavy….”

“I’m staying right here, I’m not going out in that rain”…. Said Bryan the Birman. We had a downpour this evening. The rain was extremely heavy and was spilling over the roof gutters in some places. I sat out under the verandah on a comfy big chair. It wasn’t cold and was rather fun watching the rain in the dark. I had all three cats and Maisie for company. Marigold took cover behind Maisie’s sofa. I covered son Duncan’s big chair with a tarpaulin as it was being splashed with rain. Marigold shot out from behind the sofa and ducked under the tarpaulin. She is still there and looks very comfortable.
