McCormack Creek State Park
Rob, Laurie and I spent a fair chunk of the day walking in this beautiful State Park. I was bird hunting with a new app on my phone which identifies bird calls. We had a great day but didn't see or hear many birds. This is the first day I've been out "sightseeing". The weather was perfect and after we saw some of the park we went for lunch. Once we got home I sat in the back yard with my phone and identified 12 different birds. I only saw a blue jay and a lady cardinal but the other 11 were very vocal.
This bridge is a keystone bridge built in 1939 by the CCC.
This is going to be fun!
