Fibonacci
Today saw the 89th Parkrun at Faskally which made it part of the Fibonnacci Sequence of events that a number of participants like to tick of. This meant that we had quite a few visitors, many of whom joined us at the Golf Club afterwards for coffee/tea and in some case bacon rolls.
I ended up tail walking and talking to a really inspirational woman who was returning to doing Parkrun after an absence due to ill health. It brought home to me what Parkrun is about and the many benefits it brings.
This afternoon has spent on updating the Station Bookshop Website (it was relatively straightforward but it will take a while to get to grips with the software used) and working on the oràid (talk) I have to give as part of my An Cùrsa Inntrigidh Assessment.
A glass or two of wine beckon tonight.
