Wedding Flowers

Walking in Pollok Park this morning we spotted this beautiful flower arrangement in front of the French doors leading onto the parterre. Two ladies were working very hard to have the arrangements ready for the wedding at one o’clock. The extra is a closeup of one of the beautiful peonies.

I had a couple of geraniums needing to be planted but the ground was so hard that digging the hole was almost impossible so it was out with the hose this afternoon to give the earth a good soaking …. the planting can wait till tomorrow!
