Lincoln National Park

Today we drove down to the southern cliffs of the National Park. I sometimes think they declare a NP where there is no other useful activity to be found. It was scrubby and the wind on the cliffs was so strong I could hardly stand to take a photo. We had watched a YouTube video of the area with beautiful half naked models frolicking in the clear water with cute sea lions playing, drinking bubbles from long stemmed glasses. The people were drinking not the sea lions. Ha ha it couldn’t have been more different, just us - no other cars for kilometres and definitely no frolicking. It’s a wonder we could stand up in the wind. We went to Wanna lookout ( looking for Donna Wanna but of course she wasn’t there). Back to town for some retail therapy. I bought a small hand vacuum and Bob bought a small electric heater. We have a diesel heater but may as well have electric if we are in caravan parks with power.

The extra shows some other views and the book I have just finished. It wasn’t the best book ever but quite readable on a holiday. .
