Grey Heron

The youngest female heron was waiting for me today. She had a really good feed then took off back to the water. I saw her heading towards the viewing platform but aborted it at the last minute as a man was there on his phone. She landed close to the edge of the loch and I gave her some more. She flew back to the centre when she'd had enough. I went further round but could see nothing else until out of nowhere the male flew over. I gave him the rest of the fish then headed home.
There was one crow, so it also got some fish.
