Further on up the road .....

I love these old (albeit now falling into disrepair) farm buildings at the end of the road featured in yesterday's blip. 

I was making my way to the golf club for an Inner Wheel lunch. The speaker was the Provost (who is also a local councilor) and it was interesting to hear about his journey into politics (which is quite a short one as he is still in his 20s) and future developments.  It was a nice and relaxed leisurely affair and we were well fed, so much so I needed a small nap on returning home (and that was with sticking to ginger beer). 

Now getting ready for my weekly Gaelic Class.
