Canal run

Run this morning along the canal was excellent, getting faster but accept won’t get to pre knee injury time. Did stop to take photo as I had to get round the cygnets and noticed the ducklings on the old lock shelf.
Just leaving to go to Homesense and daughter messaged to ask if I could have the grandson for a couple of hour so hubby dropped me at hers on the way back and I walked him back. Had a lovely time with him and then took him home.
Packed and ready to head north tomorrow morning.
