A new view

A rubbish picture but a quick snap from my sewing room. It will be a long time until the room is organised and I can be productive, but it will be most relaxing when I can. In the meantime the animals (doorstops in the old house) can keep guard on the property.

I slept 8 hours without stirring and was much more rested than yesterday. We have plodded on with the unpacking and have got most of the kitchen done. Everything is obviously new so working out how the appliances function is tricky. R popped round on her bike after dinner and helped with the oven. It’s so nice having her nearby and able to just drop in.

I’ve posted yesterdays blip late as I was so tired last night.
