From the vaults

As i did not take any photo yesterday, choosing to try and take it easy, i  noticed our honeysuckle was very close to flowering.
I spent much of yesterday sorting out my dropbox account, on my i pad, whilst in the garden. That and staring into our wildlife pond. Looking as  it should, "scruffy" everything over grown. As i was staring down into the water, i noticed movement on one of the many reeds. Along with water mint, there is much congestion. I stared, and stared and stared some more, until at last i saw a newt. Quite excited i thought "it cant be alone" can it? and so stared some more. Many minute later i had seen a total f four newts. Wildlife indeed.
