Saturday: Round The Corner

I was invited to a farewell lunch today for a colleague who is leaving much more quickly than anticipated.  It was at my Brazilian colleague’s - he lives right behind my house so there was no drive involved.  This was taken on my stroll to his house,

It was a pleasant gathering but, curiously, things here always end up very gender segregated.  Within half an hour the men and women had separated in two different rooms and so it remained.
