Early morning in Home Park near Hampton Court

Lovely to have sun and blue sky so I went for my usual circuit round the local parks and  towpath past Hampton Court. This is a pond in Home Park where I saw a swan on a nest last week…today no swan and the nest seemed to be abandoned. 

Lots of activity on the river today, rowing , motor boats and cruises which go from Hampton Court  to Richmond.
Lots of tourists entering Hampton a court as I passed.

Later I went to the allotment and planted sprouting broccoli plants and some cosmos and did some much needed weeding again.

Nice to see sun and blue sky  today but it was quite chilly when the sun went in as I attempted to read the newspapers sitting in the garden!
