The Corran Ferry

First of all I must apologise for being a little behind with recognising your comments and stars etc, the reason being that today I took a notion to go on a spontaneous day trip to the west coast of Scotland. I new it would be a long journey and in the event, one day turned into two and I decided to stay overnight.

I drove towards Fort William via Glen Coe and beyond awe inspired by the scenery all the way. Eventually I crossed Loch Linnhe by ferry - The Corran Ferry, at Ardgour where I decided I would stay overnight (at the Inn with amazing views across the Loch).

This image captures just about the last ferry to cross the loch this evening at 9.20 pm.
