Agios Gerasimos Monastery

We had heavy rain overnight and a number of showers as we travelled to Sami this morning. Fortunately it stayed dry the rest of the day. Cloudy, but dry and warm. We visited the caves at Drogarati and Melissani and had a wander around Sami. On the way back we stopped at this monastery and St. George's Castle but our timing was impeccable. One had just closed and the other wasn't due to open for another hour.
