Tears for fears?

At school, each year group has a box for Star Student tickets, which go into a prize draw in assembly every few weeks. We’re supposed to give one per lesson for outstanding achievement, but I give out loads - and not just for good academic work but also if someone’s been particularly kind or helpful. I’ve no idea if any of mine have ever won, though!

I did laugh at the box of tissues on Year 11s box, left over from their last day of lessons on Friday. It was a little bittersweet, as they’re still in every day for their exams and are obviously a bit stressed about that, but it was still quite an exciting day for them and I was asked to sign loads of shirts.
