A quick, and unexpected trip to Nelson this afternoon for an appointment. We arrived with time to spare so stopped along Rocks Road, which is beside Nelson Harbour.

This is known as Sunderland Marine Pier. It commemorates seafarers and provides a fishing platform for locals. See extra photos.
