A calm beach view

Another sunny day.  I was out early and managed to fit in a session in the weights and machines area of the gym before the sprint cycle class.  Not surprisingly I was fairly tired when I went down to town after lunch.  I went to get a card and then took a quick stroll along the beach.  It was very calm,  quiet and warm. With a coolish northerly wind the beach is very sheltered.

Back home it's been a relaxing afternoon and evening.
